My dad and I drove to Olympia WA for Christmas this year. While there, I grew to like little kids who move fast and make loud noises. In addition, I was able to hike in a rain forest setting every day. A great week was had by all. If it were not for the 13 hr drive each way we would be headed there often!

What a great way to spend the holiday! I love taking nature walks with my mom and dad. They are pretty slow, which means that I take 50 steps for every one step that my parents take. I don't mind though; it gives me time to hunt for birdies and bunnies in the fields while the huff and puff behind me.
